My buddy Rob Mitchell was recently visiting his girlfriend in Indiana and in his travels happened to come across a little VHS mecca called Plan 9 Film Emporium.
From what I was able to find Plan 9 has been around a long time, last switching owners circa 2004 and subsequently moving to its current location on Walnut St. in Bloomington. It still remains fully independent. Mitchell was kind enough to snap these pics while he was there.
It fills my heart with great joy to know that places like this still exist in the Midwest. While I was researching, I also found this awesome video of their vast interior. Here it is below, courtesy of YouTube user BrownJulius.
